What is the shipping time for your products?

We take about 2 days to process your order and then 1-3 weeks to deliver it depending on the carrier and the delivery distance depending on the country you live in.

Do you ship anywhere in the world?

No, only in the areas indicated at check out. We ship to mainly France and Europe.

Where do we ship from?

Our offices are located in France, as well as our warehouse. It is from these warehouses that your products leave to arrive at your home.


Do you provide tracking information on the product?

Yes, wait 3 days after your order and ask us via email at contact@kluberclothing.fr. Or track your package via the tracking link that will be provided to you by email. Or on the header --> "follow my order".


My order is missing some items, what happens?

To avoid this kind of problem we send you an email after confirmation stating that it is important to check that all items will be processed before it is too late. If one or more items are missing from your order. Don't panic, contact us by email at contact@kluberclothing.fr and let us know which items are missing and we will do our best to get the rest to you. Please be patient.


I received a damaged item. What can I do about it?

We are sorry to hear that.

Simply send us a picture of the damaged item in question to the email address: contact@kluberclothing.fr with details of your experience and we will process your request as soon as possible.

If it meets the conditions mentioned in our Returns Policy (https://kluber.com.co/pages/politiques-de) then we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible after receiving the damaged product.

I still haven't received my order. What is taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?

Yes we do have one. We do our best to resolve any problems our customers may have with their online items.
